Packing Tips for the School Year

  • Waterproof jacket / rain coat (for fall/spring)

  • Winter coat (you may bring it or purchase it in Canada)

  • 7-10 t-shirts

  • 3 sweatshirts

  • 5 pants (for daily use)

  • 2 to 3 sports outfits

  • A formal outfit (dress or skirt / dress pants and shirt)

  • 4 pairs of shoes (running shoes, comfortable shoes for everyday wear, sandals, formal shoes)

  • A pair of slippers / house shoes

  • 2 sets of pajamas

  • 3 blouses / shirts

  • 10 sets of underwear

  • 10 pairs of socks

  • 2 bathing suits / swimsuits

  • 2 bath towels

Personal Items:

  • Toothbrush

  • Toothpaste

  • Shampoo / Conditioner

  • Deodorant

  • Brush /comb

Others:

  • Cell Phone

  • Laptop or Tablet

  • Printed family photos (to have in your room)

  • Vitamins (if you usually take them)

  • Over the counter medication (you cannot bring antibiotics)

  • Alarm clock (please note that cell phones/electronics must be left outside your room at a certain time of the night in order to avoid staying up too late on weekdays; a portable alarm clock will be needed for your room).

– Bring a very positive attitude and be willing to study hard so that when you return home, you are 100% Bilingual!
